An extensometer or strain transducer is a device used to measure the variation of the extension of a specimen, also known as strain measurement.
At Servosis we design and manufacture specific extensometers for tensile tests, compression tests, axial and diametral measurements, etc, and we have a wide range of extensometers for the direct measurement of the deformations produced in the specimens during the tests.
Our range of extensometers
Among our range of extensometer models we can find the following ones;
- Automatic pneumatic clamping
- Manual clamping with blades, with punch
- Digital measurement by encoder type sensor
- Analogical measurement by means of LVDT. Wheatstone bridge
- Measurement by artificial vision camera
In addition to incorporating this equipment to our testing machines, we can offer stand-alone measuring equipment equipped with analog or digital signal outputs to be used with any type of data acquisition equipment.
