Frequently Asked Questions

Servosis machines allow for testing metals, concrete, rocks, plastics, elastomers, composite materials, etc., adapting the load ranges, speed and type of effort according to the material and the test standard.

The static they perform tensile or compression tests at a constant speed, while the dynamics or fatigue applications cyclic loads to study the material's resistance to repeated stresses.

The difference lies in the ability to reproduce fast movements during testing; while static machines can perform low-speed fatigue tests (usually up to 200 mm/min), dynamic machines can reach much higher speeds and accelerations, and operate at much higher frequencies (up to 200 Hz).

It depends on the type of material, the maximum load and the type of test. Servosis studies each case individually. recommend the appropriate model (universal, torsion, compression, etc.) according to the customer's standard or technical requirement.
