The actuators Servo-hydraulic linear actuators are the moving elements in a mechanical testing system and are responsible for transmitting both force and displacement to the specimens being tested.

Within our product range, we develop and manufacture hydraulic actuators of different types.

 

What are hydraulic actuators or cylinders and what types are there?

A hydraulic cylinder is a linear actuator that is used to push or pull a load, or to selectively resist movement under the load, by means of fluid pressure.

We design and manufacture servo actuators in two versions: CH4 Series and CH9 Series.

The CH4 series is specifically designed for static and quasi-static tests up to 3 Hz in continuous operation. The CH9 series is designed for dynamic tests up to 100 Hz.

Hydraulic Actuator Series

SERIE CH4

La CH4 Series is characterized by its versatility and reliability and are designed to work in static and quasi-static tests, and may occasionally be used in cyclic tests, with a maximum frequency of 10 Hz. 

Sealing is by low friction, high speed gaskets.

They can be mounted on test benches, forming a testing machine, or on other types of structures, such as test gantries. 

Through the use of our PCD2K control software can work individually or synchronized with other actuators, of the same or any other type. 

The strength and stroke of this series is adapted in each case to the requirements of the project, starting from the following values: 

Minimum career: 50 mm 

Minimum load capacity: 1000Kgf. 

CH4 actuator

SERIE CH9

Dynamic actuators CH9 Series, designed to perform fatigue tests with high precision in force and displacement control.

Hydrostatic type hydraulic servo actuators. 

From Servosis we customize designs actuators according to customer requirements in terms of travel, load capacity, type of support, sensors included, etc.

The equipment is designed from the beginning in Servosis, so that we can tailor it to the application without dependence on third parties involved. 

Pressure sealing system: 

They are designed so that they do not incorporate sealing gaskets on the piston or on the outlet caps of the piston rods. 

They have a system of pressure injectors in the outlet collars that keep the stem floating in a film of oil, without friction. 

High response: 

  • Linear speed up to 2 m/s. 
  • Continuous working frequency up to 50 Hz. 
  • Maximum working frequency 100Hz. 

Robustness and precision:

All these hydraulic actuators can be supplied with or without accessories, mounted on standard or customized supports, with or without control software, all depending on the needs of our customers.
